KnB Rewards Terms and Conditions:

1. KnB reward points only apply to online bookings made through KnB system only
2. Points for offline (non-system manual) bookings only for reservations of minimum 5 Rooms and above.
3. Offline (non-system manual) bookings below 5 rooms are not eligible for earning points. Any offline (non-system manual) FIT bookings due to system error must be validated by KnB to access eligibility for points
4. Points will be rewarded upon check out and full payment to KnB. Cancelled and amended reservations are not eligible for points.
5. Point redemption is only valid for each individual user. Points cannot be combined with other user’s points for redemption
6. Redemption prizes may be changed without prior notice
7. Redemption prizes based on first come, first serve basis
8. All web-ID / data profile changes, will be verify by KnB Team first for approval
9. KnB reserves the right to invalidate all points earned if:
   1. There are unpaid outstanding invoices
   2. There is a dispute in how the points are earned
   3. Fraud committed by user
